My goal is to give the listeners a more personal account of how I have come to understand what happiness, in my life and in relationships, looks like to me and I try to sustain it each day.

And also be willing to consider and acknowledge the areas in your life which may need some work. I clearly don’t have all the answers, and I’m willing to share my experiences with you.
