The fundamental principal of the Law of Attraction is “like attracts like.” This is especially true when it comes to feelings. No matter what we may think, the most important goal we have is to feel good.
Consider this, days when you are “feeling good,” like when you are on the top of the world because you just received a compliment, or heard some exciting news, or may just be having a good hair day, are wonderful days indeed. On days like this we feel as though there is nothing we can’t do or achieve.
Compare this feeling to days when you are “feeling bad.” For example, you may have gotten off to a late start because you didn’t hear the alarm clock, there was no milk in the fridge to put on your cereal, or you got caught in terrific going to work, are all things that set off bad feelings that lead to having bad days. Which day would you prefer? Exactly.
So, what’s the plan to around a bad day? First, we must get into a good feeling place. We must begin to feel we are worthy to have great things happen to us. We must rekindle the desire, the passion, to do what we want to; to do what makes us feel good; to do what brings us happiness. It doesn’t matter if that’s going to a ball game, kissing your spouse, or maybe even buying a new car. Tap into what you like and stay with that feeling for as long as you can.
Good and bad feelings don’t mix – you can only have one at a time. To get more of what you want, “feel” more of what you like and who you would like to be.
